Fortunately, It is an easy process however one must be determined to execcute this regularly to get the end result.The end result  of this process is what our acharyas(or spiritual masters) call  SELF REALISATION or brahma jignasa.Self Realisation means realising that one is the spirit soul and NOT the body he lives in.And it is REALISING,not knowing.Everyone may know that he is not the body,but only a very few realise that they are not this body but they are the spirit soul.This realisation is not easy at first but it is not very far when a person is determined to realise himself.

Now, the question is

What must I do to realise myself?

As discussed above,this is an easy process.However it requires huge leaps of determination.
